Housing estate garden – Ringmer
Italian Porcelain was chosen as the favoured material with angular greyish gravel in between. This gravel was 20mm which meant it would not travel across the paving slabs, and if it did, would be easy to see and therefore sweep back. This allowed for complete cleanliness of the surface material ensuring a consistent modern look.
The planting takes on quite a structural feel, using predominantly herbaceous perennials but also a select choice of shrubs for structure, especially during the winter.
