A small balcony garden hardly seems the sort of space that needs a design. Surprisingly, it turns out that it is possible put the limited space to good use.
For example, where could you grow herbs and veg, listen to a water fountain and sit out and eat al fresco in a space less than 20 square metres. Fantastic.
