With a garden of this size, under 400 square metres, there is a lot that can be achieved. A garden room at the end of the garden makes a good destination. Raised beds in the sunnier part of the garden allows for homegrown edibles. A wild life pond provides an excellent habitat for nature increasing the biodiversity of the garden which helps with pollination and greater interest.

A terrace for outdoor entertainment is situated by the house with a very comfortable swing seat for those moments to enjoy a warm lazy sunny afternoon.
